Job Description We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Inside Tele‑Sales Executive to engage with existing and prospective customers and book high‑quality meetings focused on reviewing their AI usage and future AI adoption plans. Your role is to start meaningful conversations, uncover opportunities, and position our AI specialists to help customers get more value, efficiency, and impact from AI technologies. Expectations Proactively outbound calling and emailing existing customers and warm prospects Engaging decision‑makers in conversations about current AI usage, challenges, and future plans Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for AI specialists Accurately recording activity, insights, and outcomes in the CRM Collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to optimise outreach strategies Staying informed on AI trends to confidently articulate why an AI review matters What We’re Looking For Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, SDR, or appointment‑setting roles Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls and engaging senior stakeholders Strong communication and listening skills, you know how to ask the right questions Commercial mindset with curiosity around AI, technology, and digital transformation Resilient, organised, and motivated by targets and outcomes Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) is a plus
