Person Specification Education/Knowledge/Experience - Time served technician with a recognised industry qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ). - Supervisory experience in a maintenance environment. - Knowledge of mobile cranes, plant machinery, and heavy vehicles. - Experience in work allocation and stock management. Skills/Abilities - Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults on various equipment. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. - Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
