Customer Service Advisor - 23kPrestige Recruitment Group We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor with sales order entry experience to join our client's team of professionals in a busy distribution business This is a permanent role offering a salary of 23k and excellent benefits. The successful candidates will take responsibility for providing their customers with an excellent level of service and a smooth ordering process Responsibilities: Being the first point of contact on the phone with customers, handling and directing all enquires Placing orders and advising customers on the correct product choice in accordance with their needs Checking product availability, accuracy of customer details, and order information Keeping up-to date with products in order to effectively advise customers Working closely with the purchasing, warehouse, and accounts teams Progressing to working closely with a Sales Representative as their first point of contact Developing more complex skills to process decorated and international orders Skills and Experience: Experience in a customer service environment Enthusiastic to get to grips with our range of 10,000 products Passionate to deliver results and exceed customer expectations Excellent communication, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task in a busy and changeable environment PC literacy and accuracy The role will be offered permanently, with office hours of Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.30, and every 6th Saturday 9.30 to 15.00, with a total of 38.5 hours worked per week.
