We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Team Lead to manage our packages of care in East Sussex. You will have worked with a range of mental health conditions an d have proven experience with CAMHs, ADHD and ASD. We have 4 clients requiring support in the East Sussex area currently. This is likely to increase and the Lead will also manage other packages of care in the southern regions. (This role will require the successful individual to be involved in the packages. Currently the term time hours for the packages are below. please note that these are 4 different packages of care in Sussex) Term Time Sunday (10.00-15.00) Term Time, Sunday (13.00-18.00) Term Time Monday (10.00-15.00) Term Time, Tuesday (16.00- 20.00) & (10.00-15.00) Term Time, Alternate Saturdays (10.00am -18.00pm) Your hours of work will be 37.5 and you will have admin time that forms part of this. You will p rovide leadership and support for care staff to include on-site coaching and mentoring to staff. TRAVEL REQUIRED - YOU MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR Required Skills/Qualifications: 1 year or more experience as a Mental Health Support Worker Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard. Commitment to delivering client specific care. Adaptable approach to support client and family members. Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
