We’re looking for a super-star Brand Manager to join our UK Marketing team and help lead the growth for one the UK’s most exciting dessert brands at present. It’s a great time to join as we have big ambitions for growth as the brand moves from start up to scale up.
We are therefore looking for someone brilliant who is super passionate, a total go getter, highly creative, entrepreneurial and analytical to help make our ambitious plans come to life. A big thinker that can challenge the status quo and think outside the box but also a doer who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in to make all the exciting plans happen.
Working as part of a dynamic marketing team this is a fast‑moving, high‑visibility role offering loads of autonomy and broad exposure. You’ll help shape the future of the desserts category by bringing consumer insights to life to create breakthrough innovation whilst also developing impactful campaigns and execution to create a strong and compelling brand presence across multiple touchpoints in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
* Help shape the future vision for the portfolio defining long-term innovation and portfolio strategy together with the NPD team, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and business objectives.
* Identify whitespace opportunities, developing pipeline plans and champion disruptive ideas that drive category growth.
* Drive recruitment of the next generation of dessert eaters by leading the development of disruptive campaigns to attract new and younger consumers into the category.
* Manage projects from concept to launch, including product development, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
* Lead and manage the reporting and collation of consumer, category, and customer performance trends to monitor market data and translate them into key actionable insights.
* Lead the development and execution of disruptive and stand out instore activation.
* Collaborate and form close partnerships across functions with Sales, Category, NPD, R&D and Supply Chain to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
* Manage budget reporting and financial performance building robust business cases for innovation, track P&L impact, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Prior experience in Marketing, ideally within FMCG, with a strong understanding of brand building, innovation and portfolio management and use of data systems i.e. Nielsen or IRI
* A creative mindset with a hands‑on approach to execution across PR, sampling and shopper activation and experience of developing and executing prior campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
* Proactive and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously with proven project management capabilities, from planning through to delivery, managing multiple stakeholders.
