The Role We are seeking experienced Marine Engineers to join our team on the West Coast. This is a hands-on role involving the safe operation, maintenance, and management of engineering systems onboard our harvest vessel to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of all vessel machinery and engineering systems. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and fish welfare standards at all times. Lead and work effectively with a small crew of 4–5. Oversee daily engine room operations, planned maintenance, and fault finding. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and operational reports. Uphold all relevant maritime regulations, company procedures, and SMS requirements. Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained to a high operational standard. Rotation 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (inclusive of holidays) Package Competitive salary, fully compliant with MLC regulations.
