Position: Full-Time Temporary End User Computer Support Analyst
Location: Fleetwood
Contract: 6 months with the possibility of a permanent role for the right applicant
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £15.33 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an end user computer support analyst for our public sector client based in Fleetwood. The successful applicant will assist with a Windows 11 rollout project, configuring devices and assisting users.
Requirements:
* Manage your own time and work commitments/deadlines.
* Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents across a range of ICT and software applications, escalating to senior team members or resolver groups as required.
* Assist users with ICT-related incidents when called upon.
* Take ownership of issues by analyzing problems and implementing temporary or permanent fixes to restore service promptly, escalating incidents when necessary.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge base records relevant to customers and technology teams.
* Record, update, and document requests accurately using the IT service desk system.
* Install and configure new ICT equipment.
* Manage access to applications and systems through effective user account management.
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers are treated efficiently and appropriately.
Additional Requirements:
* Work collaboratively within a team setting.
* Operate under general direction, taking initiative to deliver individual tasks.
* Manage call closures and escalations effectively.
* Investigate and resolve ICT issues within existing and new services to ensure business continuity and resolve incidents impacting operations.
