Job Description Were looking for a driven Product Solutions Advisor to join our clients team based near Keele! Youll be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries from customers, reviewing their requirements and recommending the most suitable solutions from a range of products.

Youll prepare quotations and tenders, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, compliant, and cost-effective.
This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving abilities and a technical interest, ideally from a technical support, applications support, or product support background.

*Training provided What youll be doing Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries Assess customer requirements and recommend the most suitable product solutions Prepare and deliver quotations, tenders, and product advice Ensure accuracy and compliance in all proposals and documentation Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery Maintain and update records in CRM and other internal systems Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible)
*Option to work hours over 4 days
* Pay £27,500
- £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Yearly Bonuses!
