Youll be building and supporting secure, cloud-native infrastructure and services using automation-first principles across AWS and GCP platforms. Tech Snapshot: Cloud Platforms: AWS & GCP Languages: Python, GoLang, Java Tools: Terraform, Ansible, Liquibase, Docker, Kubernetes Monitoring: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk DevOps: CI/CD, GitOps, Cloud-native architectures Databases: Relational & NoSQL Security & Governance: Compliance-led automation What Youll Do: Design and develop secure backend services and RESTful APIs using Python/GoLang Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible and container orchestration tools Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with traceability and compliance in mind Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), ensuring resilience and cost optimisation Support cloud-native applications running in Kubernetes and/or serverless environments Collaborate across teams (architecture, security, governance) to deliver production-ready solutions Perform live support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system incidents Implement monitoring and observability frameworks for performance and reliability Maintain strong documentation and work in Agile delivery cycles What Youll Need: Strong experience in DevOps engineering within large enterprise environments Proficiency in Python, GoLang, or Java Strong cloud knowledge (especially AWS and/or GCP ) Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar infrastructure as code tools Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless frameworks Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows Good exposure to observability tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) Confident working in Agile environments and meeting security/compliance standards Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Bonus/Nice to Have: Experience with Liquibase for DB versioning Familiarity with distributed tracing and high-availability systems Previous work in financial services or highly regulated environments
