Your new role
* Identifying and implementing cost reductions strategies
* End-to-end supplier management including sustainable sourcing, negotiations, SRM
* Developing strong stakeholder relationships
* Ensuring all compliance is adhered to, taking into account ESG objectives
What you'll need to succeed
* Solid direct Procurement experience within Food or FMCG sector mandatory
* People person, excellent communication with stakeholder / supplier management skills
* Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of delivering high level cost savings
* Ambitious, go-getter personality
