Job Title: Marketing & Content Officer
Hours: 40 hours per week full time (usual working hours) will be 8:00 – 5:00 pm, however, attendance at key meetings and events associated with this role will be required (before 8am or after 5pm or on weekends).
Pay: £28,912 per year

Roles and Responsibilities
· Work with the Commercial Manager to support all aspects of marketing the School, Nursery, TCM, Oak Theatre, Global Classroom and Scarisbrick Hall facilities.
· Liaise with senior management to create engaging promotional content to post on our websites and business pages.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency.
· Curate and generate high-grade engaging and compelling media assets and associated copy to feed into wider marketing plans.
· Deploy media assets across print and digital channels (including social media).
· Work with the Commercial Manager and wider events team to ensure the professional and exceptional running of all events and capture associated content for use in marketing activity.
· Develop user-friendly booking experiences and manage the booking process confidently and professionally.
· Use data sources such as Google Search Console and Analytics to help inform planning
· Optimise business profiles for Scarisbrick Hall and its wider businesses on Google and other platforms
· Contribute to quality SEO and implement SEO improvements To support the Commercial Manager to develop and manage the overall promotional strategy of Products and Services
· Build and maintain email marketing databases
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date data relating to conversion tracking against KPI identified by the Headmaster and Directors
· Communicate professionally and to an excellent standard to both current and prospective
customers of Scarisbrick Hall School and its wider businesses
· Adhere to all policies and procedures
· Ensure consistently excellent marketing to all active enquiries of Scarisbrick Hall
· Generate content for all of Scarisbrick Halls' digital marketing channels
· You will be expected to always maintain a tidy and clean workspace.

· Some basic HTML editing skills are required and you should have some experience of working with content management systems
(CMS) such as WordPress
· Some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (including Photoshop) would
be beneficial
· Essential skills: excellent literacy, numeracy, and IT skills (Inc. Microsoft Office)
