At Mortgage Oasis, we are building a carefully selected team of experienced, professional mortgage advisers who value quality over volume.
We are a support-led, compliance-strong, relationship-focused firm designed to help advisers do their best work — without admin overwhelm.
Duties will include:
* Provide whole of intermediary market mortgage advice to a broad client base
* Deliver tailored protection advice (Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection etc)
* Generate and develop your own leads, alongside provided lead sources
* Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
* Maintain accurate client records and case notes
* Deliver an outstanding client experience, leading to repeat business and referrals
Skills required:
* Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
* CAS status
* Proven track record in mortgage and protection advice
* Strong knowledge of residential, buy to let and remortgage markets
* Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Organised, professional and client focused.
