Responsibilities: \nâ¢\tLogging support calls received via email and telephone into CRM\nâ¢\tResponding to and resolving support calls in respect to SLAâs\nâ¢\tFollow set-out escalation process where applicable\nâ¢\tLog and maintain any ongoing site issues in Customer Issues Log\nâ¢\tMaintenance of customerâs server sheets as account / configuration details change\nâ¢\tTesting applications released from Development team\nâ¢\tIdentify opportunities of how we can further help customers and share with wider team\nâ¢\tSupport Sales Team by creating proposals for smaller items e.g. Hardware and Templates\nâ¢\tSupport Projects Team with onsite support and installations - when required\nâ¢\tSupport of Hardware Engineer by logging and encrypting devices - as required Required skills:\nâ¢\tUnderstanding of SQL queries\nâ¢\tExperience with Office & Office365\nâ¢\tUnderstanding of IIS and of basic desktop support\nâ¢\tAn understanding of peripheral device connections e.g. USB\nâ¢\tEffective communication skills\nâ¢\tTechnically minded\n\nImportant information:\nThis vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer.
