1. Provide excellent customer service, greet customers warmly, and understand customer needs.
2. Drive and exceed sales targets using in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
3. Maintain high visual standards, keep the shop floor clean, stocked, and organized as per brand guidelines.
4. Support store operations, assist in other departments, and adhere to safety guidelines.
5. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
7. Keep stock levels optimal and shelves appealing.
8. Address customer queries professionally.
9. Collaborate with team members to meet store targets.
Objectives and KPIs:
1. Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
2. Meet KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
3. Meet upselling and cross-selling goals.
4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
5. Ensure stock is replenished and shelves are well-stocked.
