What You'll Be Doing
As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in both the performance and development of your team by:
* Recruiting and onboarding new sales talent
* Delivering regular coaching, mentoring and performance reviews
* Driving daily activity and maintaining high standards of accountability
* Conducting one-to-one meetings and setting clear development plans
* Monitoring KPIs and reporting on team performance
* Supporting future leaders within the business to achieve promotion
* Leading daily team meetings and creating a positive, motivated culture
* Managing a team of approximately 10-12 sales professionals

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience managing a telesales or contact centre team
Proven track record of driving performance and hitting targets
Strong coaching and people management skills
Ability to motivate, challenge and develop a team
Confidence working in a fast-paced sales environment
