We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Hemel Hempstead on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:
* Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
* Delivering pre-planned lessons and leading whole class sessions when required
* Running targeted intervention groups to support pupil progress
* Working closely with class teachers to plan and prepare engaging learning activities
* Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. HLTA status or equivalent experience
2. Previous experience working within a primary school setting
3. Strong classroom management skills
