You’ll be at the heart of operational excellence - driving performance, enhancing service delivery, and championing continuous improvement across the Shared Services function.Key Responsibilities
1. Inspire, lead, and develop your team - driving performance, engagement, and compliance.
2. Oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a best-in-class experience.
3. Act as the go-to expert for onboarding and compliance within HR Shared Services.
4. Manage workflow through the ticketing system, ensuring priorities are met and compliance checks are completed flawlessly.
5. Analyse data and produce insightful reports to drive improvements and elevate performance.
6. Play a key role in HR transformation projects, supporting governance and mitigating risk.
About You
7. Proven experience leading HR or onboarding teams within a Shared Services environment.
8. A confident leader with a track record of managing SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
9. Strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills.
10. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and driven by process improvement.
11. Passionate about delivering operational excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance.
