Architectural Technologist required to join the Leeds office of an award-winning Construction and Property Consultancy to support their established architectural design team. The key experience requirements for the Architectural Technologist are as follows: Technical Design: preparation of detailed technical drawings, elevations, sections, and specifications using AutoCAD (must be AutoCAD proficient, with Revit proficiency desirable). Project Delivery: assisting in the preparation of planning applications, building regulation submissions, and other statutory consent documentation. Design Coordination: liaising with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are accurately implemented. Building Information Modelling (BIM): assisting in the creation, coordination, and management of BIM models and data. Construction Detailing: production of detailed construction drawings, schedules, and associated documentation for tender and construction phases.
