About the Role
Senior Technical and Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Quality Assurance Team within Neighbourhood Services. Pivotal role ensuring frontline services delivered to highest standards and in line with regulatory and corporate expectations.
Responsibilities
* Lead on development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance frameworks across environmental and neighbourhood services.
* Provide expert technical advice and support to operational teams, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Analyse data, interpreting and presenting findings clearly for various audiences and formats. Monitor and evaluate outcomes against performance indicators.
* Support maintenance and development of our Quality Management System, including ISO 9001 compliance.
* Collaborate with service managers, frontline staff, and external partners to embed a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.
About You
* Experience in a technical or quality assurance role, ideally within a local authority or similar public service setting.
* Practical experience working with ISO 9001 or other recognised Quality Management Systems.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
* Confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary
£37,280 – £39,152 per year
