Overview
Johnson Controls is expanding our Data Centre Vertical, and we have various Sales Account Manager positions available across different geographies and lines of business. We are seeking talent in the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and Dubai, with expertise in HVAC, Building Management Systems/Controls, Fire Detection/Suppression and Security.
In this role, you will contribute to driving revenue growth through strategic account management and solution selling within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
* Develop long-term customer relationships with consulting engineers, design & build contractors, hyperscalers and colocation operators to create a pipeline for the EMEA region.
* Maximize account penetration by leveraging Johnson Controls’ broad portfolio of building solutions.
* Articulate JCI offerings, strategize sales approaches, and ensure customer retention and growth of assigned accounts.
* Build partnering relationships, maintain frequent contact with customers, optimize and lead technical specifications throughout the JCI portfolio, and lead collaborative efforts with regional offices.
* Conduct technical presentations and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications
* Required: experience in HVAC (thermal management), Building Management Systems/Controls, Fire Detection/Suppression, or Security.
* A proven sales track record, adaptability in a consultative approach, and the ability to travel 25–50% of the time.
* Preferred: five years of experience in the data centre industry and an existing network in the field.
