You’ll collaborate with other team members across a range of disciplines to elevate the quality of our games.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDesigning complex game features and improve existing designsImplementing and refining game content using in-house toolsConducting in-depth product analysis to ensure our games are best-in-classWriting clear, concise documentation using a range of appropriate softwareEnsuring games systems are balanced using analytical methods and incorporating game telemetryDriving quality using playtests, player feedback, QA reporting, and your own insights.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGDeep game knowledge across a range of genres, especially management and simulation gamesProven experience in game design, plus content or level design experienceStrong understanding of player psychology and gamer motivationsKnowledge of a variety of game design theories and methodsExcellent communications skills; ability to present your ideas clearly in written form, using visual aids where appropriateGood presentation skills, and experience in presenting your ideas to a range of team membersSolid skills in game tuning and balancingGame design experience working as part of a commercial development team.BONUS IF YOU HAVEExperience in game or tools programmingUnderstanding of user experience design principles.
