As Head of Radiology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our imaging services. Key responsibilities include:
Operational & Strategic Leadership
* Ensuring effective day‑to‑day operational management of radiology services across the Trust.
* Providing strong personal and professional leadership across all radiology disciplines.
* Leading the strategic development of radiology services in line with Trust priorities.
People Management
* Managing the department’s workforce, ensuring efficient utilisation of staff.
* Supporting staff development, performance, and wellbeing.
Financial & Resource Management
* Managing departmental budgets in accordance with Trust Standing Financial Instructions.
* Ensuring robust establishment control and efficient use of resources.
