We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team and make a real difference to the lives of their pupils.
🧩 About the Role:
You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. You'll work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
✅ Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the school's ethos and curriculum
*Support pupils with diverse learning needs, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
*Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation
*Collaborate with the wider school team, parents, and external agencies
*Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement
🎯 You will need:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
*Experience working with children or young people with SEN
*A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach
*Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
*A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
