The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead a busy dialysis clinic in Boston, Lincolnshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring clinical leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while overseeing the operational and administrative performance of a healthcare facility.
You will lead a team of nurses and support staff, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement — while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Overall leadership and operational management of the clinic
• Delivering a seamless, patient-focused experience
• Liaising with NHS Trusts and the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
• Driving and monitoring quality improvement initiatives
• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and team development
• Managing patient relationships and resolving concerns professionally
• Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and KLoE standards
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting documentation
About You
NMC registered nurse with appropriate qualifications
Registered Manager with the CQC (or willing to obtain)
Proven leadership experience within haemodialysis / renal services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style
Proactive, solution-focused mindset
Strong organisational and operational management ability
Evidence of Continued Professional Development (ideally renal-focused)
