Are you an experienced administrator looking to start an exciting career in financial services?
We’re working with an award-winning professional services organisation currently recruiting for their Recruitment department near Newcastle.
In this role, you will provide efficient administrative support and excellent service to internal colleagues and clients. This is a permanent position offering career progression. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, preferably from recruitment, compliance, or financial services.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the onboarding of new financial advisors
* Communicating with colleagues and advisors about application statuses
* Processing supporting evidence, scanning, and updating records
* Following up on outstanding documentation
* Conducting reference checks
* Organizing data and reporting
* Handling calls with advisers and clients regarding queries
* Performing additional duties as assigned
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy
Key Criteria
* Experience in administration, ideally in recruitment, compliance, or financial services
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
