Job Description:
We are seeking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our team. The successful candidates will report to the Regional Operations Manager. The Graduate Programme will commence at the beginning of September 2025 and includes:
* Hands-on experience and engagement with the Ibec Academy, accredited by TU Dublin
* Professional Diploma in Leadership and Competence
* Mentorship with senior leaders
* Opportunity to develop technical and operational skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learn and understand the operation and maintenance of mobile and fixed plant and equipment
2. Participate in process projects focused on sustainability and efficiency improvements
3. Prepare technical drawings and documentation
4. Maintain high health, safety, and environmental standards
5. Coordinate and oversee maintenance and upgrade operations under management guidance
6. Communicate effectively with employees and contractors
Candidate Requirements:
* A relevant third-level qualification in Electrical / Building Services / Automation Engineering or similar
* Team player with a positive attitude
* A clean driving license
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
* Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Strong computer literacy skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software (training provided)
