Roles and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement tailored education plans (IEPs) for students with a range of special educational needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and emotional and behavioral difficulties.
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to individuals and small groups, adapting the curriculum to suit each student's specific needs and learning style.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, parents, and other specialists (such as speech therapists or occupational therapists) to provide a holistic support system for each student.
* Assess and monitor student progress, using data to inform and adjust teaching strategies.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student confidence, independence, and social-emotional growth.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively with a focus on positive reinforcement and supportive strategies.

* Qualifications: A recognized teaching qualification and a specialization in special education.
