As a Lifeguard / Recreation Assistant (Wetside) the duties include but are not limited to:
7. Providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers whilst using our facilities, including providing Lifeguard cover for all swimming pool users
8. Focusing on providing a high quality service to all customers
9. Ensuring all facilities are presented and managed to the highest level at all times
10. Ensuring you adhere to health and safety guidelines

About you:
11. Experience in a customer facing environment
12. Able to adapt and work within a team to provide an excellent customer experience
13. Willingness to undertake essential job related training and a desire to progress in the Leisure sector
14. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is required for the role, however for the right candidate training can be provided. First Aid at Work is advantageous but not essential.
There is a potential for the right candidate to progress within our service and specialise in front of house, fitness, sport specific coaching, leisure training or leisure management.
