Pharmacy Counter Assistant - 36 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 08:30 - 18:30 with an hour for lunch
We are looking to recruit a Counter Assistant to work in our Pharmacy at Holt Surgery.
The successful applicant will be passionate about health and wellbeing and have a friendly, approachable and caring manner and support the Pharmacy team to deliver great service to our customers.
You will facilitate medication collections and process over the counter sales. You will be responsible for sales and stock replenishment, ensuring that the pharmacy is well merchandised and high standards and accessible presentation is maintained at all times.
You will assist the Pharmacist in the provision of health advice and promote the services and health initiatives on offer within the Pharmacy from time to time.
You will have a can do attitude and be happy to help the team with whatever tasks need doing on a daily basis to ensure a professional and efficient service for our customers.
We will provide full training and enrol you on an accredited Medicines Counter Assistants Course with NPA. Once trained you will be required to work 1-2 days a week at our Melton branch.
You will enjoy working with others in a team, or independently and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
