There is a chance of a direct contract after 1 term. Person Specification Experience of supporting pupils with SEMH and confident managing challenging behaviour. Be understanding and empathetic with the ability to help children self -regulate. Able to work as a team with dedicated staff to help create a calm and nurturing learning environment. Focused on helping pupils to develop academically and socially Able to provide a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one. Are you interested?
