Key Responsibilities: Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and discrepancies Support the development and ongoing maintenance of compliance programmes Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities and financial performance Compare and verify estimates against as-built drawings, purchase orders, and invoices Conduct comprehensive reviews of final accounts Liaise directly with vendor contacts to resolve financial queries Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners This role requires high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial documentation confidently. About You We are seeking motivated, analytical professionals who can operate both independently and within a team environment. Essential: Minimum 2 years' experience in financial analysis and/or compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage workload in a structured, deadline-driven setting Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline Proficiency in Google Suite Why This Role?
