Description
* Oversee and manage all aspects of the TUPE process during employee transfers.
* Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on TUPE-related HR matters.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
* Prepare and deliver detailed TUPE documentation and communications.
* Conduct consultations with transferring employees and resolve queries effectively.
* Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition process.
* Support the integration of transferring employees into the organisation.
* Maintain accurate records and produce reports on TUPE activities.
Profile
A successful HR Consultant (TUPE Project) should have:
* Proven experience handling TUPE processes
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* The ability to communicate clearly with employees and management teams.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing HR projects.
* Confidence in producing and presenting TUPE documentation.
