A growing product-led business needs someone to take control of supply, demand and inventory and bring structure to a fast-moving operation.
This isn’t a sit-back role you’ll be the one making things happen, improving visibility and keeping stock flowing without overstocking or firefighting.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning end-to-end supply & demand planning across multiple markets and channels
* Keeping inventory lean but effective balancing cost vs service
* Managing supplier and import planning across UK, Europe and Asia
* Supporting and strengthening S&OP processes
* Building reports, tools and dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
* Driving real improvements in forecast accuracy and planning structure
What they’re looking for
* Experience across supply planning, demand planning and inventory control
* Background in manufacturing or product-led environments
* Strong Excel / data skills (Power BI helpful)
* Experience working with international supply chains
* Someone proactive, hands-on and commercially aware
