We are entering a new phase of operational development across these divisions and are seeking a highly capable, driven and disciplined Finance & Operations Manager to support this next stage.

Role Overview
We are looking for someone with a financial or accountant background who is exceptionally organised, structured, efficient and output-focused. The ideal candidate is able to work at speed, manage multiple responsibilities with discipline, and maintain absolute clarity and accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
This role requires someone who is proactive, motivated, and keen to advance, with the mindset to take ownership and build strong internal foundations across both finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
• Own all in-house financial operations: bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, VAT submissions, payroll and credit control.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, cash-flow forecasts, budgeting materials and performance reports for the Group CEO.
• Produce year-end accounts for all subsidiaries and complete statutory filings with HMRC and Companies House.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, reporting systems and process discipline across the organisation.
• Maintain an organised, accurate financial administration structure at all times.
Operational & Administrative Management
• Oversee warehouse coordination: stock reconciliation, pallet counts, inbound/outbound tracking, delivery documentation and warehouse communication.
• Manage full order flow including purchase orders, supplier updates, shipment tracking and operational documentation.
• Maintain structured internal systems covering supplier information, warehouse fees, stock levels and operational costs.
• Improve and standardise workflows across subsidiaries to increase efficiency and control.
• Support supplier contracts, compliance checks and internal document management.
Cross-Group Leadership Support
• Work closely with leadership teams across beverages, robotics and other divisions.
• Support integration of new operational units and internal reporting frameworks.
• Provide insights that improve efficiency, accuracy, cost visibility and operational performance.
• Supervise and develop junior finance/admin staff to strengthen capability across the group.

Candidate Profile
Essential
• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or management accounting.
• Highly organised, disciplined, and structured in approach; able to manage a large multi-task workload efficiently.
• Strong understanding of VAT, payroll, reconciliations, month-end processes and statutory reporting.
• Confident communication skills for working with suppliers, logistics partners and senior management.
• Strong systems experience (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Hard-working, ambitious and hungry to progress within a wider group.
Desired
• Experience with warehousing or supply chain interaction helpful but not required.
• Ability to design, improve and automate systems and reporting processes.
• Comfortable combining finance responsibilities with operational oversight.
