What you'll do:
* Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers, deeply understanding their needs and aligning solutions to their goals.
* Monitor, track, and report on customer success metrics to demonstrate value and guide account strategy.
* Identify and execute opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, driving mutual growth.
* Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure client feedback informs business decisions.
