Head of Fundraising, Permanent, £45k - £50k, Permanent, Stoke on Trent Job Title: Head of Fundraising Location: Stoke-on-Trent Salary: £45,000 - £50,000, based on experience Contract: Full-time, Permanent Our client is one of the UK's largest religious charities who are seeking a passionate, and strategic, Head of Fundraising, to lead and grow their income generation efforts. This role will be pivotal in shaping and implementing a sustainable fundraising strategy that aligns with their values and allows them to expand their impact. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee all fundraising activities across the charity. This will include individual giving, major donors, church partnerships, trusts and foundations, and digital campaigns. You will be a key voice in championing their cause, nurturing supporters, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy to grow income across multiple streams Lead and inspire a small but dedicated fundraising team Build strong relationships with churches, donors, and partners who share their vision Manage budgets, set KPIs, and report on fundraising performance Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure fundraising aligns with organisational goals and Christian ethos Stay informed about trends and opportunities in the Christian charity and wider fundraising sectors Drive successful web, social and email campaigns exposure to this is essential About You: A practicing Christian with a heart for their mission and a deep alignment with their values. Proven track record of successful fundraising, ideally within the faith-based or non-profit sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent relationship-building skills with donors, churches, and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with hands-on experience of delivering results.
