Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
* Create and implement lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
* Assess students' progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
* Help students develop study skills and strategies to improve academic performance.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
* A relevant degree in Education or the subject area being taught.
* Previous experience in tutoring or teaching.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
Education:
Degree in Education or relevant subject area.
Experience:
Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proficiency in the subject area being taught.
* Understanding of different learning styles and teaching methods.
* Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual student needs.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field.
* Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds.
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, flexible schedule.
* Work may involve evenings or weekends to accommodate student availability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
