St Andrew's is a small school with a big heart, and we’re looking for a passionate classroom teacher to join our wonderful team. If you are a post ECT main scale teacher seeking your next career step, this could be the school for you. We are offering a TLR 2 to lead on a core subject and be part of the wider leadership team. No previous leadership experience required—just strong classroom practice, a love of teaching, and an aspiration to develop further. We provide a warm, friendly, and supportive environment where you can truly flourish. The position is in Key Stage 2 and is fixed term until 31/08/2026, with a possibility of extension if a permanent vacancy arises. * Weekly release slots for subject leaders
* A two-week half-term break during the long Autumn term
* Efficient use of staff meetings to complete key tasks
* Flexi-PPA time where possible
* A minimal marking policy, emphasizing ‘in the moment verbal feedback’ as our core pedagogy
