We are looking for a Social Worker to join the Connected Carers Team. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years permanent post qualified experience per the DfE guidelines. About the Team: As a Social Worker within the Connected Carers Team, you will play a key role in supporting children placed with family and friends under fostering arrangements. Your responsibilities will include completing Special Guardianship, Viability, and Regulation 24 Assessments. You'll work within a collaborative and supportive team environment, focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for children and their carers.
