Founded in 1859, The Corps of Commissionaires Management Limited, now Corps Security, was a business initially built to provide employment for ex-servicemen on return from the Crimean War. What You Will Need
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
* Must hold a valid SIA Front-Line Licence.
* Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel).
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise appropriately.
* Able to remain calm under pressure and manage situations with empathy, professionalism and discretion.
* Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards.
What Are You Going To Do
* Responsible for performing 1-1’s & annual reviews with your team.
* Using shared Excel Rota to assist in annual leave cover.
* Responsible for communicating and delegating jobs to the team.
* Prepping passes in advance for future events.
* Train and coach new staff to develop skills.
* Solving problems and resolving conflict.
* Be proficient using Ccure, VM easy, Excel, SharePoint and OneDrive.
* Call productions and tenants to assist with issuing a visitor who wasn't pre-booked.
Please note: These are the key elements of the role and you will be required to carry out other duties.
