Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a background in office management. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to staff, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to information.
* Support team members with clerical duties as needed to enhance productivity.
Requirements
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes.
* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated clerical experience that showcases your ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as required.
