Interim Senior Finance Business Partner - Cost-Focused | (Hybrid)
Our Client, a fast-scaling technology business, are looking for an interim Senior FBP to partner with Tech and Support teams, owning business critical financial models and providing real strategic guidance.
Responsibilities:
* Business partnering across support functions on budgeting, forecasting and cost management
* Tech resource planning and capital spend reporting to senior leadership
* Financial accounting for capitalised internal development costs
* Headcount and operating model planning
* Month-end reporting, variance analysis and commentary
* Reforecasts, budgets and long-range planning
What they're looking for:
* FP&A or commercial finance background, in tech, B2C, fintech or subscription businesses
* Hands-on experience with capitalised internal development costs
* Strong modelling skills with the ability to generate clear insights from complexity
* Confident communicator with senior stakeholder exposure
* Advanced Excel; FP&A system experience essential
