A pension services firm is looking to appoint a SIPP Team Leader to support a team of eight administrators. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide and motivate the team, ensure high service standards, and contribute to process improvements. The business offers hybrid working, typically 1–2 days a week in their Bristol office. We’re looking to speak with individuals who enjoy team management and mentoring, and who bring experience from pensions, financial planning, or banking environments. A background in SIPP is helpful, but not essential if you have strong leadership skills and understand the regulatory landscape.
