Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to nurture long-term relationships with existing enterprise clients while driving net new business (NNB) across the SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce and ServcieNow ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative environment, understands enterprise technology, and is passionate about delivering business value through strategic engagement. You will be responsible for account growth, client satisfaction, contract management, resourcing and identifying new opportunities to expand Boss Consulting’s footprint within key accounts and new prospects. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned enterprise clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO, CPO, Heads of Procurement, Treasury, IT). Understand client goals, transformation objectives, technology landscapes, and business challenges to deliver tailored solutions. Drive renewals, upsells, and expansions across client portfolio. Net New Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target sectors and accounts. Plan an active role in responding to new opportunities across our public sector clients. Develop strategic account plans and outreach strategies to build a healthy pipeline. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to generate leads and convert opportunities. Respond to RFI/RFPs and co-create compelling proposals with internal consultants. Sales Strategy & Execution Conduct White Space analysis to uncover growth potential within existing accounts. Position Boss Consulting’s offerings effectively against competitors. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline to ensure visibility and accountability. Team Collaboration Orchestrate cross-functional teams to align with client objectives and deliver value. Work closely with vendor and partner network market leads, product teams, and industry experts to shape winning strategies. Ensure strategic preparation for client meetings and engagements. Skills & Experience 3 years in account management within business or IT consulting. Proven success in managing complex client relationships and driving NNB. Strong understanding of technology solutions and enterprise technology landscapes. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with financial operations (e.g., procurement, treasury, working capital) is a plus. Soft Skills Strategic thinker with a consultative approach. Results-driven and proactive mindset.
