Key Responsibilities: * Design metal components, tools, and machine parts using CAD (SolidWorks). * Create detailed technical drawings with a focus on Design for Manufacture (DFM). * Organize and conduct product and process development work, setting up equipment and manufacturing samples for testing and trials. * Evaluate and validate new product specifications. * Transfer new technologies into manufacturing plants, preparing documentation and providing commissioning support. * Support global plants by providing technical expertise to resolve manufacturing issues. * Analyse data, interpret results, and compile technical reports.
