Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, production, and delivery of ENLab, an innovative, borough-wide Heritage Education project.
* Coordinate activities to bring Enfield’s built, industrial, and natural heritage to life for primary schools and families.
* Collaborate with partners including the Museum of Enfield, Forty Hall Estate, RSA Trust, Enfield Archaeological Society, Enfield Society, and Whitewebbs Transport Museum.
* Deliver curriculum-linked resource packs, engaging Heritage Clubs, and a celebratory Heritage Festival for families.
* Oversee project milestones and line-manage two positions: ENLab Education Officer and ENLab Volunteer Supervisor.
* Work may require occasional weekends and evenings.
Qualifications and experience
* Strong track record of delivering heritage or museum-based projects.
* Excellent organisational skills with experience in stakeholder management and engagement (including schools, community groups, and partner organisations).
* Ability to oversee milestones and manage project staff.
* Comfort with flexible working arrangements.
