Your Role:
12. Support primary pupils with additional needs in the classroom and beyond
13. Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
14. Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning
15. Encourage independence and build confidence in every child
What We’re Looking For:
16. Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
17. Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for SEN
18. Ability to adapt and work as part of a team
19. Relevant qualifications or willingness to train
