We are seeking a Product Marketing & Insights Manager/Advertising Insights Manager to join our growing team in Europe. This role will develop customer and advertiser insights to inform Prime Video Ads' strategic positioning across EU markets. You will craft compelling narratives and sales enablement materials driven by data and insights, focusing on our Originals, Library content, FAST channels, and more. The role involves collaboration across multiple teams including Content Marketing, PR, Product Management, Ad Sales, Operations, and Amazon MGM Studios. The ideal candidate has strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven marketing, capable of delivering high-quality outputs independently. This position offers an opportunity to impact one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses, blending analytical rigor, customer focus, and marketing creativity.
Key job responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Ad sales, GTM, and insights teams to define and execute insights supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
2. Partner with regional and global Prime Video Advertising marketing teams to define positioning and messaging.
3. Develop scalable processes for delivering insights and sales enablement materials related to Prime Video content and services.
4. Identify and validate third-party data sources, manage vendor partnerships, and develop scaled solutions for insights distribution.
5. Work with global teams to create insights and communication plans for B2B events.
6. Create compelling content to demonstrate use cases and value propositions.
7. Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
8. Design and execute consumer surveys to gather feedback on products, services, and brand perception.
9. Monitor advertiser satisfaction and loyalty through feedback mechanisms.
10. Develop detailed profiles of target advertising customers, including needs and pain points.
11. Build measurement frameworks to assess ROI from sales and event activations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
* Proficiency in using data and metrics to measure impact and inform improvements.
* Working knowledge of SQL and AI tools for insights automation.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support sales narratives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
* Knowledge of advertising technology ecosystems and measurement frameworks.
* Experience analyzing EU consumer insights data from providers like YouGov, GWI, Kantar.
* Experience analyzing European TV/media measurement data from Nielsen, BARB, Médiamétrie, IBOPE.
* Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
