What You'll Be Doing:
* Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
* Support match nights, social events and club activities
* Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch- side
* Keep the venue safe, clean and well- organised
* Help run leagues and pith bookings smoothly
* Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service
What You Bring to the Squad:
* A people- person with great communication skills
* Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet
* Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
* Previous experience in customer service – hospitality, leisure or sport is great – but not essential
