You’ll work with external partners and specialist delivery teams to ensure quality and safety at the heart of all experiences and support the operational delivery of programmes and evening events, such as outdoor theatre and cinema.

You’ll help everything to run smoothly during projects, active conservation work, and busy school holidays throughout the year. You’ll work alongside colleagues across department to make sure everyone who visits has everything they need to enjoy their day.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to talk to visitors, introducing them to all that makes the National Trust so special. You may also be managing and supervising others, including volunteers.
